We are authorized to issue license plates and we are permitted to process most transactions over the counter. We can issue most types of license plates with the exception of specialty plates such as organizational and handicap plates. However, they are available to us with a 24 hour business turnaround time.

ELSY LEONSO INSURANCE will inform individuals if none of the names are available or the MVA tags will be processed with the first available name chosen and the MVA tags will be delivered within five to six weeks.

• Name and address of the funder (if applicable)
